Sometimes the game screen will be frozen, other times it will show my desktop, or it will just be a black screen. I've tried reformatting/reinstalling Windows (both 10 and 11), it's still happening. It isn't a short freeze that corrects itself, I have to fully restart my PC every time it happens. Around a month or so ago my G14 started freezing or black screening when I alt tab from a game. The tool is no longer accessible from any Microsoft Support pages. Run Microsoft's Show/Hide Updates tool (wushowhide.diagcab). Install newest AMD Display driver from AMD directly, not Asus It also caused semi-consistent AMD LoadLibrary errors when any application used the dGPU. This old driver would cause my system to freeze entirely when tabbing out of fullscreen games or applications, requiring a hard shutdown to unfreeze. Windows Update was constantly overwriting any existing AMD Graphic Drivers with an older version from early 2021, preventing any new drivers from staying installed after rebooting. Go to Settings > Shortcuts > Configure shortcuts, and change existing shortcuts or create your own.POTENTIAL FIX EDIT: It looks like this was a driver issue.
